HOW THE CIRCLE WORKS
1. We sell in multiples of 500ml (or 500g for powders). So you can order 500ml/g or 5 Litres/Kg.
2. We deliver orders using our glass ‘milk’ bottles, you can then decant the products into your own bottles at home
3. Place your order online or at one of our pop up shops using a physical order form (then enclose the
order form in the provided stamped envelopes and pop it into the post box), or you can take a pic of your order form and send to us via WhatsApp it to us on 074740 727588. We will call you to take payment over the phone.
4. All orders received before midnight on Thursdays will be dropped off to your collection point or you can pay £3 for home-delivery.
5. Take your order home and decant from the returnable bottles into your own, rinse and return the empties to the collection point when you place your next order, or leave out for collection if you've opted for home delivery on your next delivery day.
We deliver our orders in wide neck returnable glass bottles, just like the milk-”man” used to. When you’re finished simply rinse out and return when you place your next order.
You can order ‘pretty’ bottles for your bathroom/kitchen, and we will deliver your first order in the purchased bottle/s. Additional deliveries will be in our returnable bottles.
Only buy bottles you need. Reusing any bottles you have is ‘the circle way’. We also have preloved bottles you can order.
